James “Kimo” Cuizon

James “Kimo” Cuizon has served as NEi’s president & CEO since 2015.  Kimo oversees the overall operation of the organization, which includes 6 business lines, 8 work sites and a total of 65 employees on the island of Oahu.  James has over 24 years of business leadership experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit industries. James holds an undergraduate degree from Hawaii Pacific University.  In his free time, James is an accomplished endurance athlete who, while disabled due to Charcot Marie Tooth Disease, has competed in world renowned races such as the Boston Marathon and podium finishes at the Xterra Trail Run World Championships and the Kona Ironman World Championships.
