NEi’s vocational services are designed to meet a person where they are at and support their growth to gain and maintain employment. There is a wide range of vocational services that are offered to our clients and we develop a package tailored to their needs. We work one-on-one with clients and their families to support their best work self.

Our services include job coaching, job placement, vocational training, summer youth employment training, community integration training, job carving, environmental assessment, accommodation plan development, career exploration profiling, paid work experiences, vocational technical skills training, project-based employment skills training, labor market research, transferable skills analysis and more.
