Who We Serve

NEi is here as an employment rehab program that helps individuals build their foundation to a meaningful and purposeful path to employment. We focus on 3 main populations such as Students with disabilities, Adults with disabilities and veterans with disabilities. However, we have worked with many people outside these major populations to be included in the workforce.

An individual with a disability is a person who:

  • Has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities

  • Has a record of such an impairment

  • Is regarded as having such an impairment

The Rehabilitation Act prohibits discrimination based on a person’s disability discrimination in employment with federal agencies and employment.
